The Light SPRI® Mini Bands are an easy way to incorporate new resistance exercises into your fitness routine. Practice controlled movements by securing the band comfortably around your ankles, calves, knees, or thighs to tone your legs, hips, and gluteus. The Mini Bands are the perfect tool for therapeutic exercises and standard strength training. Each band is 9” long and 2” wide and comes in 5 colour-coded resistances, sold separately.
